AboutWeb announces the successful completion and launch of the International First Responder Seatbelt Pledge website for the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation (NFFF). This program is aimed at helping increase awareness and compliance to reduce injuries and line-of-duty deaths caused by vehicular crashes, the second leading cause of firefighter casualties.
"The look and feel of this new website, plus its increased ease of use will improve this already effective program," says the Executive Director of the National Fallen Firefighters Foundation, Chief Ronald J. Siarnicki.
AboutWeb is very proud of our continued involvement with NFFF and their mission to work within the Fire Department service community to reduce firefighter deaths and injuries. The program was previously relying on faxed lists of signatures to compile the pledge. Our team's mission was to help reduce the amount of administrative work for NFFF staff while giving the community an easy to use tool in which groups could manage the progress and encourage their colleagues to participate in the pledge.
