AboutWeb CEO Robert Epstein Participates in UMD Smith Business School Mock Interview Day

October 10, 2018 (Baltimore, MD) - AboutWeb President and CEO Robert Epstein was proud to participate in yesterday's University of Maryland Smith Business School Mock Interview Day.

Mr. Epstein, an alumnus of the Business school (class of '86), spent the day working with a group of UMD Business School students to polish their resumes and cover letters.

As a veteran of the staffing and IT industry, Mr. Epstein is well-equipped to provide salient advice for these young career professionals.

"Your resume should be a clear and concise summary of your achievements in the following areas: education, work experience, and any other relevant qualifications that pertain to the position," said Epstein.

"Be sure to proofread carefully, and even have a trusted friend have a look. You want to be sure to correct any spelling, grammar, or punctuation errors," he continued.

In addition to being a full-service IT solutions and staffing provider, AboutWeb is a social enterprise company that is committed to giving back to the community and creating opportunities for entry-level workers to broaden their success in the IT field. Our AboutWeb Cares division, founded by Mr. Epstein in 2016,  provides paid IT job experience, Microsoft and Google certification training, and free professional attire to people from economically disadvantaged areas.
